I’ve spent my career helping companies build the people side of the business with intention. My background spans startups and established companies, with work across recruiting, organizational design, performance, compensation, HR operations, learning, and employee relations.

I’m especially drawn to moments when growth outpaces structure and companies need steadier leadership, better systems, and clearer decisions. I’ve also spent much of my career in mission driven cultures that unlock discretionary effort by making the work feel like more than just a job.

I’m excited by the next wave of change and the opportunity for AI to help companies support more people more effectively at scale.
